My Story
With seven years at Align, I began my journey as a clinical advisor, directly supporting doctors with cases. My dedication led to a promotion as a supervisor, where I tackled complex scenarios, ultimately becoming the manager of the department. In this role, I provided strategic support to enhance customer service efficiency. Seeking new challenges, I transitioned to a treatment planning company for four years, where I deepened my orthodontic knowledge and supported doctors globally with detailed analyses of complex cases.
